My Favorite Web Apps
Every now and then I recall those good times when I had jailbreaked my iPhone and I rejoiced using those 3rd party apps that I might have not necessarily needed but it was good to brag about. That’s not the case any more with all the recent updates that have been released but that hasn’t stop me from venturing other roads. Below is a list of my favorite and most frequently used Web Apps, that I so happen to have bookmarked to my home screen for easier access.
- TrackTapp: Track packages for UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL/AirBorne in an iPhone friendly interface.
- Mail A Buddy: Mail a Buddy, let’s you look up a location of choice using Google Maps on your iPhone. Once you have chosen a location of you’re liking, you can then tap on the “email: location to a RouteBuddy friend” at the bottom of screen, to then send that location via email to your friends.
- iGas: In seconds you’ll have gas prices in the palm of your hand from several of the gas stations in your city.
- PocketBar: A full index of thousands on drink recipes to access at any time, anywhere.
- Facebook: Facebook is a social utility that connects you to the people around you. Facebook on iPhone and iPod touch allows you to do it all.
- Amazon: Don’t miss out on better online deals anymore while you shop in your local store.
- Leaflets: Leaflets are fun, useful applications designed to run fast on your iPhone.
- Fandango:
- Tomatometer: keeps the Rotten Tomatoes movie review database in your pocket. It’s the perfect companion when you can’t decide what movie to rent or see.
- Twitter: Post to Twitter from your iPhone.
