Just a thought…
Now the idea sounds absurd but hear me out with this. We’ve all watched a film that we’ve enjoyed so much that upon ending, you get the inexplicably feeling of wanting to see it again but unfortunately the experience and excitement is not same because you already know the development of the plot and what does and does not happen. So in essence, the element of surprise is gone. Wouldn’t it be great if we could take a pill that would erase a select portion of an experience so that we can relieve it again. I felt this for The Departed, Transformers, No Country for Old Men and among others. Just a thought.
